In order for information concerning your lost or found pet to be disseminated to the public, you must register your pet on this website. By listing the pet here, you will immediately be given important phone numbers to call including the animal control officers. If you register your pet and want to make changes or close the listing, just click here or on the My Account link above. Be sure to click on each category at the top of this home page as there is important information you need to know. Don't forget to also post the pet in the classified section of the PetFinder.org site. This is also a free service. You will need to post it every two weeks on Petfinder. Check in with the DCSPCA regularly in case your pet was taken there. Be sure to search every few days for your pet on this site as well as Petfinder as people are posting both lost and found pets every day. Please note that only pets lost or found in Dutchess County can be posted on this site. If you lost or found a pet outside of Dutchess County, contact the shelter in that County. You should also call the Dutchess County SPCA on a regular basis to see if it was found in Dutchess County and taken there. Please take advantage of this very helpful website.
